Cancellation and early departure policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us no later than 2:00pm local time, 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date by emailing
reservations@sloaneclub.co.uk or calling +44 (0)20 7730 9131. For early departure, you are required to notify The Club of any changes to your departure date no later than 2:00pm local time, 72 hours prior to the adjusted departure date. Cancellations received later than 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a late cancellation fee equalling the cost of the first night's accommodation.
Arrival/Departure time:
Our guaranteed check-in time is 2pm and check-out is at 12pm. Rooms should be vacated by 12.00pm and Members failing to do so may be subject to an extra charge. Members wishing to extend their stay should advise Reception as soon as possible.
Concierge services:
Our Concierge team will be delighted to assist you with any of your special requests, from travel arrangements and restaurant reservations, to theatre tickets or even finding a special gift. Please contact concierge@sloaneclub.co.uk for any assistance you may require.
** Refurbishment works 2025 **
As a reminder, we are currently undergoing refurbishment works as part of our continued commitment to enhancing the facilities and experience at The Sloane Club. As a result, you may experience noisy works throughout 2025 from Monday to Friday, between the hours of9:30am and 6pm. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and please be assured we are limiting any disturbance as much as possible.
